After a shaky start on day 1 the course improved out of sight. There were many great presenters providing an exciting and engaging few days. The coaches in the break out rooms provided excellent feedback and back up coaching to suppliment the top presenters. What an amazing 3 days in Leadership , learning the cutting edge strategies to be the best leader I can be. The best part was after delivery of the information by the highly skilled and competent trainers with lived experience taught by Aaron , we were split up into small groups of about 15 to check in with our assigned coach to share what our takeaway were from the previous session and how it applies to us and our teams. I was putting together an action plan along the whole journey and can implement immediately after the course ! Well done Aaron and your ASPT team for sharing the information and the unbelievable support within this community 😀👍
