The Global Youth Summit is a 2 hour interactive, immersive virtual event for 13-17 year olds. Designed and taught by Aaron Sansoni, award winning business owner, international mentor and speaker, and best selling author. Aaron has worked with business all over the world to help them grow and succeed and with individuals in over 132 countries to show them how to live a life by their design instead of just settling for what they have.

It wasn’t always like that though…

Lessons came thick and fast and his victories were hard won along the way.

Today, Aaron has built multiple businesses, he has a loving and wonderful family and can spend time giving his two kids more than he had but also teaching them the lessons to make a better life for themselves. He and his wife, Elena, have also started a Foundation to help give back to others who, like both of them didn’t have a lot growing up.

The Global Youth Summit is a new initiative created by Aaron to pass on the lessons he fought hard to learn. Lessons that allowed him to create the life he wanted, the way he wanted… and help so many others along the way.

At the Global Youth Summit, you will learn ideas, concepts, and the actual strategies and actions to take to help you design the life you want to live and then go out and make it happen.

But where did it all start?

Growing up in a disadvantaged environment and a broken home in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Australia, Aaron grew up one of seven children cramped under the same roof. He spent most of his time playing basketball and thinking of inventions and business ideas that he hoped would change his life. He was told he had attention deficit disorder in his early school years and was often told by his teachers that he wouldn’t amount to anything.

By age 9 Aaron was doing a regular paper round. By 12 he had started his first business, a local car wash for the neighbours. At age 16 Aaron realised his passion for sales and went on to work in everything from door to door, over the phone and face to face sales achieving phenomenal results along the way. By the age of 23 he had amassed over a decade of sales experience, knowledge, training and world travel and opened his first consulting firm with the goal of helping business owners and entrepreneurs across the world realise their full potential, a goal he still has to this day.

Aaron now splits his time between running his successful investment firm Paragon Global Investments and traveling the globe to educate business owners, sales professionals and entrepreneurs on how to build their own business empires. He is also a dedicated husband and a father to a son and daughter.

Recently Aaron has taken his philanthropic endeavours to a new level with the creation of the Aaron Sansoni Foundation, a charity setup to help those in need in Australia and abroad. This came about after years of personally donating to, and helping raise awareness for other charities including the Kathleen Keegal children’s fund which oversees two orphanages in Sri Lanka that care full time for children who are orphaned or in need of a stable home. Aaron and the orphanage help in providing a safe and loving environment.
