The Modules

GROW with Aaron Sansoni™ is broken into 4 Modules that will take the stress out of starting your own business.

  • Module 1: Personal Peak Performance

    When building businesses from the ground up, there is nothing more important than making sure you stay in a space that allows you to go into your day with a growth mindset. Looking after yourself not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well is vital in setting yourself up for success. This will be presented through Aaron’s Life Fitness model. Alongside this, taking you out of the studio and through Aaron’s personal Morning Routine will make sure you are starting your day right.

    In this Module you will also have access to Aaron’s 7-part audio Day by Design program. Filled with meditations, affirmations and gratitude practises, this program will show you the short 5, 10, 20 minute practises you should be using in your day-to-day life to create those positive shifts in your mindset.

     6 Steps of Goal Setting. These steps won’t just show you how to create tangible goals within your business but create effective goals to make sure you are moving forward in the right direction in your personal life as well.

    • Significance: Why do you want it?
    • Sacrifice: What are you willing to give up for it?
    • Strategy: How are you going to get it?
    • System: What is the process?
    • Signals: How do you know when you’ve achieved it?
    • Satisfy: What is the reward when you achieve it?

    When growing your business it is vitally important to have both short-term and long-term goals, which is why Aaron has dedicated an entire section of this module to this framework.

  • Module 2: Entrepreneurial Finance

    This is a segment of the course Aaron is incredibly passionate about sharing after going through near bankruptcy all because he didn’t understand his finances.

    Patches, Piles and Pitfalls of Growth. Aaron will go deep in this section explaining the hard truth, you are either growing or you are dying. In business there is no ‘neutral’ position. You’re either making money or you’re not.  Owning your own business doesn’t mean there is a constant flow of income, so he will share with you exactly the steps to take to avoid what he calls ‘’Death Valley’’.

    Balance Sheet – Looking at your Current Assets, Non-Current Assets, Current Liabilities and Non-Current Liabilities. This sheet is crucial to understand what your business is worth overall.

    Profit/Loss Statement – Revenues, Direct Operating Costs, Indirect Operating Costs, Cost of Debt Financing and Tax. In a nutshell, how much revenue you are bringing in and how much expenses are going out.

    Cash Flow Statement – Operating, Investing and Financing Activities. Understanding your cash flow and where it’s going.

    Aaron learnt the hard way the importance of understanding the fundamentals of your finances, so he wants to share with you what you need to know to not only save yourself a lot of money, but time as well. Now you are able to go to anyone in your business – including your accountants – knowing how to ask meaningful and relevant questions to drive you in the direction you want to go.

  • Module 3: Leadership

    In this module Aaron will go through the importance of Leadership vs. Management within a company. Everyone has a different way that they approach their team, but you have to develop skills to ensure you know when to effectively manage and when to effectively lead. Learn off Aaron how he leads through culture while also managing his employees to get sh** done. You have to know how to do both, and Aaron will teach you how.

    Develop Skills and Required Tasks of A Leader. Learn the theory behind leading a team so that you can go out and action this in your workplace, and in fact in all areas of your life. Key components of this section are; inspiring better work, sharing a clear vision, driving culture and setting high standards.

    Develop Skills and Required Tasks of a Manager. Aaron made the mistake early on of leading only as a leader. This meant he didn’t have targets and boundaries set for his employees, so when they were underperforming, he didn’t have the understanding to know how to deal with it. All businesses need managers who look after those important, practical factors such as time management, goal setting, interpersonal skills and understanding data. Aaron will explain to you exactly how to implement this.

    5 Gears of Drive. Whenever he is approached to coach corporate teams, Aaron’s 5 Gears of Drive framework is requested. He will be showing you the exact way this framework works to create the ultimate team and lead and manage this team effectively. He will show you not only how to accelerate your employees from Gear 1: Control to Gear 5: Obligation, but keep them there.

    Power Presenting. Through Aaron’s 4MAT Speech Creator you are going to learn exactly how to present to your team with value and outcome-driven communications. This method will be split into 5 categories:

    • What: What are you going to talk about?
    • Why: Why would your audience want to know this?
    • What: What is this all about?
    • How: How will it work for them?
    • What If/What Else/What Then: What if they did listen to you… what happens then?

    Aaron will guide you through these points to make sure that when you are presenting to anyone, whether it be your colleagues or a pitch to a potential partnership, you are entering the conversation with the exact skills you need to powerfully present.

    Building Equitable Partnerships – As part of building his business Empire, Aaron has had to undergo countless partnership pitches, negotiations and relationships. He will show you how to build equitable and sustainable partnerships along with the exact blueprint he uses when finding companies to partner with. The Powerful Partnerships Map will take you through 9 steps to finding a mutually beneficial partner including a SWOT Analysis, Management and Reporting and Exit Strategies.
