You’re either making money or you’re not. Owning your own business doesn’t mean there is a constant flow of income, so I will share with you exactly the steps to take to avoid what I call ‘’Death Valley’’. 

    Balance Sheet. 

    Look at your Current Assets, Non-Current Assets, Current Liabilities and Non-Current Liabilities. This sheet is crucial to understand what your business is worth overall.

    Profit/Loss Statement.

    Revenues, Direct Operating Costs, Indirect Operating Costs, Cost of Debt Financing and Tax. In a nutshell, how much revenue, you are bringing in and how much expenses are going out.

    Cash Flow Statement.

    Operating, Investing and Financing Activities. Understanding your cash flow and where it’s going.

    I learnt the hard way, the importance of understanding the fundamentals of my finances. So, I want to share with you what you need to know to save yourself a lot of money and time. Soon you will be able to go to anyone in your business – including your accountants – with the knowledge of how to ask meaningful and relevant questions to drive you in the direction you want to go.

  • Module 3: Leadership

    In this module, I go through the importance of Leadership vs. Management within a company. Everyone has a different way that they approach their team. However, you have to develop skills to ensure you know when to effectively manage and when to effectively lead. Learn how I lead through culture while I also manage my employees to get tasks done. You have to know how to do both, and I will teach you how.
